Abstract: The digitalization of process audits represents an innovative solution for optimizing quality management in the automotive industry. The implementation of digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence, Big Data, and IoT systems, enables a faster and more accurate analysis of processes, reducing human errors and increasing traceability. This paper examines the impact of digitalization on process audits and highlights the challenges and opportunities this transition presents for automotive companies. By analysing current trends and international standards, the major benefits of digitalization in quality management are outlined.
